In cases of Domestic Dispute or Battery, Anger Management Assessment treatment may be mandated by the Court. Our office provides Individual one on one Therapy and training
Series in a safe open environment. We are result oriented employing Cognitive Behavioral Methodologies and do not waste peoples time or that of the Court. We only work with individuals who are open and willing to change. Our office follows The Anger Management Training protocol as set for by Williams and Barlow.

Dr. Duffy works with many cases actively being monitored by The Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Court in Nassau County submitting detailed monthly progress reports directly to the court. For cases involving domestic violence, assault or harassment she will conduct comprehensive Anger Management Assessments and perform on going Individual therapy and / or Anger Management. At times a judge could order a complete Psychological Evaluation in such a context which would involve standardized personality testing such as the M.M.P.I. – 2 as well as an I.O.R.N.S. and interview of multiple collateral sources.
